  2. Add salt mix thoroughly with the help of whisker or hand. Once the batter get little fluffy add onion, carrot, capsicum and whatever Ur kid like the veggies. Mix it..
  3. Give a rest of 10-15. Mix it again. Take a nonstick pan on low flame, add oil as required spread it with wet cloth or tissue..
  4. Drop small small portion of batter on hot pan. Sprinkle chat masala and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on it..
  5. Once the pan side is done flap the Uttapam on other side. In 1 minutes the Uttapam is done from both the sides..
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut Chutney..
